Self-Parking:
The One Colorado parking structure may be accessed from Union Street westbound between Raymond and Fair Oaks, or from Fair Oaks northbound, between Colorado and Union Street.

Parking Rates:
Daily - $1 every 30 minutes up to 5:00 pm
$6 maximum per day up to 5:00 pm
$6 flat rate M-F after 5:00 pm
$6 flat rate all day Sat and Sun

Monthly Rates:

One Colorado Parking Tenants:
$55.00 (7 days a week)

Non One Colorado Parking Tenants:
$55.00 (Monday through Friday until 7:00pm)
$70.00 (7 days a week)

Valet Parking:
One Colorado is served by a universal valet program in Old Pasadena, with two drop-off and pick-up points adjacent to the property.

  1. On Colorado Boulevard in front of Victoria’s Secret and Armani A/X
  2. On Union Street and Delacey

Cars dropped-off at any of the universal valet stands in Old Pasadena may be picked-up at any of the other Old Pasadena locations.
